*Pool heat is optional for  $20/night, for the entire length of your stay (ie: no ala carte for pool heat allowed.) Pool heat is included for Holiday Rate bookings.
*Plus applicable taxes (7% sales tax + 5% bed tax) and $95 one-time cleaning fee. A pet fee may be required. Until confirmed, rates may change without notice. All Rentals Subject to our Terms and Conditions.
In lieu of a security deposit, we offer a Property Protection Plan through VRBO, which is required, and starts at $59.00.
*All Rates require 3-5 night minimum stay. Must be 21 years old to rent.

Deposits and Additional Fees
A Deposit of $200 is required to book the vacation rental property, plus $49 for the PDP policy.
A maximum of 2 dogs (sorry no cats,) is allowed, please contact us for details.
Additional cleaning may be scheduled during your stay for an additional fee, please ask when booking.
