Corvina Cove is situated perfectly to maximize your ability to easily reach theme parks, attractions, and shopping, while maintaining a quiet and relaxing location away from all of the craziness that sometimes accompanies those areas.

We've included approximate drive times to the various locations you may wish to visit. As with any large area, traffic flows and time of day can make a difference in drive times, but when we have been at the house ourselves and made the trips, we rarely encounter any traffic. These drive times also assume you are using Interstate 4 as the primary route, GPS systems may direct you otherwise. Times obviously do not include driving into the park, parking, trams, etc.

Airport

We're about 25-35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Major Theme Parks

• Walt Disney World - You can easily get to Downtown Disney, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot in less than 15 minutes, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom are slightly farther way, but you can still get there in less than 20 minutes.
• Universal Studios - Located on the other side of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios is approximately a 20-25 minute drive.
• Sea World - Located between Walt Disney World and Universal Studies, Sea World is also approximately a 15-20 drive (due to the differences in routes.)

We have found the easiest way to get to the parks is to turn right out of Tuscan Ridge, then jump on Interstate 4 to the theme park exits. You can also go North on US27 up to US192, which will take you to the parks as well. US192 is a more city-like road, however with stoplights, so it may take longer. If you want to swing by Wal-Mart on your way home from the parks, you can take I-4 down, and come back via US192, Wal-Mart is just North of the US27/US192 intersection.

Golf Courses

As expected, Orlando features a plethora of excellent championship golf courses, including several that are very close to Corvina Cove.

• ChampionsGate Golf Club - Just 4 miles away, you can be there in 10 minutes or less.
• Omni Orlando Resort - A Greg Normal course, also 4 miles and 10 minutes drive time.
• Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club - 7 Miles away, this course is approximately a 15 minute drive.
  

Shopping, Groceries, Restaurants

There are a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers with all major retailers within just a few miles of Corvina Cove. The major area these are found is on the other side of Interstate 4, and are 3-4 miles and only 5-10 minutes driving. Wal-Mart is about 10 minutes away, just go North on US27.

Beaches

You can't come to Florida without heading to the beach. The closest beaches will be found in the Cocoa Beach area, which is approximately an hour drive to the East Coast. If you choose to go to the West Coast, such as Clearwater, it'll take you about an hour and a half.
